A 24-year-old man, was arrested in Lambeth for suspected robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. They both are still being held, authorities confirmed.

These detentions follow an investigation into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the incident, two women were robbed of their luggage upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A three-year-old girl was one of the those hurt during the incident. Five people were taken to the hospital for treatment and have since been discharged.

Officers detained a man in his thirties on suspicion of robbery and assault near the scene. He was subsequently released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Police were alerted at about 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding several people hurt by an irritating chemical believed to be pepper spray.

The attack - which authorities stated was isolated and not considered terrorism - caused delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the T3 parking facility briefly.
