Curtis Jones has revealed that Salah said sorry to the entire Liverpool squad after the uproar from his public comments.

Salah was left out from a vital match after voicing frustrations and stating his relationship with manager had broken down.
“Salah is an individual and he can say his own stuff,” Jones told Sky Sports. “He said sorry to the group and was like: ‘Should anyone feel slighted, I'm sorry.’”
The manager has refused to comment publicly on whether he received a personal apology from the veteran striker.

He emphasized that the squad's reaction was unchanged. “Nothing about him changed, his demeanour was positive and it was business as usual,” the midfielder explained.
He also suggested that a competitor wanting to play is a positive trait. “I get that there are different methods you can go about things,” he said. “However, if a player is content to just be on the bench, then I think that’s concerning.”

Liverpool's form have remained strong in the games following the situation. He feels the outburst were not intended to harm the team.
“If passion has boiled over, the source has been from a desire to win,” the midfielder stated. “We’re past that now and we’re uniting strongly, performing and starting to win games.”
